		<description>The concept of the Geek 5 is well put! It makes a great deal of sense to me. In some ways, I think it also applies to new graduates (from college and/or graduate school) who have been spending years developing in a particular area. There are certainly benefits to that focus, but the Geek 5 is the downside.</description>
